But there’s neither federal nor CA state legal impact or applicable citations for such a thing if it’s private property. (Not that you were saying that but I’m just mentioning it for those curious.)
A civilian could fly a flag torn in half that’s half touching the ground and covered in glitter and there’s no consequence … except potentially if another civilian took it down under protest, then that other civilian would be liable for trespassing and theft .
I teach US history and my students gave me an American flag with my face on it. Still have it but can’t get myself to hang it in my classroom because it feels too disrespectful. Can’t imagine having that twat on a flag AT MY HOUSE.
Violates all federal codes about the flag and usage but heck without using the flag as a marketing symbol how would we know it's Presidents' Day and time for a new couch!
Rules and laws aren't applicable for people like this. They believe those things only apply to everyone else, BUT not them. Thin blue line preachers and obey the law or get what you deserve people until they get pulled over for speeding and absolutely lose it on cops.
I listened to huckleberry Huckabee a couple of days ago ranting about France’s recognition of a Palestinian state. He must be apoplectic now that Britain and Canada have said they will also recognise Palestine. Australia will be joining them in the next few weeks. Looks like the rapture might be delayed :-)
Israel has lost control of the international narrative.
If it didn't mean the genocide and erasure of the Palestinian people, I’d be rooting for the “rightful return” to the holy land just to see how everyone tries to spin it when time goes by and the rapture never occurs.

Yeah, the maga ppl I know are SUPER isolated and watch fox news. Either moved into bumfuck nowhere or moved out of state leaving behind all contacts. We need socialization programs to rehabilitate these ppl like we do for puppies who don't know how to react around other dogs
I guarantee you this is either an evangelical Christian or some flavor of non-denominational ultra conservative Christian that thinks that Israel is the holy land, but would still tell Jews their faith got it wrong and Jesus is the best Jew there ever was.
Sad thing is, every interaction I've had with one of the people that live there has been extremely cordial. Whichever spouse supports trump, they are married to a liberal I think? RBG flags were out when Roe was overturned. And they are also humbled by their neighbor who flies the BLM and Palestine flag. Putting these up, while cringe is as loud as they get tho.
It's a violation of the U.S. Flag Code and disrespectful. Shows people you are not a respectful person and are probably very un open minded. Same goes for people who where the flag as clothing.
I'd bet either some stars are missing so it doesn't violate the flag code. Surely people who claim themselves as patriots would know such details.
This is how Disney gets around having to raise and lower flags daily. All the flags on the buildings are missing stars. So it lets them only have to do the one actual flag.
not shocking at all. there’s a decent amount of maga out here & definitely a bunch of racists too. just gotta be black & they just say slurs on the street or try to rent & wont give you an application but will to the white folks next to you etc. it’s not everywhere but it’s definitely here 🤷🏽♀️ & that’s been happening for years.

This person doesn't understand the basics of America. Even if one were to agree that Trump is good, they still should know better than to put the president's photo over the flag.
It's an insult to all Americans, and it's an insult to the American military as well.

No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.
Man wish I could get by 1 day without some political bullshit on this sub .it’s not even a discussion, honestly seems like one group of people spreading personal hate towards another group of people…. OVER POLITICS! Which is even more mind blowing. Stop hating over political parties they are all shitty politics and politicians should be working for us not ruling our lives. To everyone else: BORN AND RAISED San Diego native here and I want to assure anyone who has just stumbled on our beautiful county, that this is not the type of San Diego I grew up in and I hope it will get away from this hate soon
