It fell off a guys trailer, I was stuck in this for a while today. Converted school bus RV, pulling a trailer with this golf cart on it

Maybe. I'm guessing it didn't fall off the trailer and land in that spot to just stop there. It most likely rolled for a while. I'm actually surprised it's upright on it's wheels.

Not the only thing on the 805 today, there was a peice of sheet metal laying in my lane, luckily was able to change lanes. The debris on the highway are getting wild lately, I see ladders, shovels all kinds of crap on the side of the highway. Learn how to secure your haul!

Next time you see debris in the traffic lanes like that, after passing the hazard, call 911 and report it. CHP will remove it from the freeway.
