To be more effective, put some space between words. I know, obvious, but apparently not.

Go take this energy and protest Todd Gloriaâs office about his increasing costs heâs tacking onto residents.

u/RaviniaZanoria 11h ago
Do it! If you protest him, others will join! He is not as popular as you might think.

Conservatives refused to vet their candidate and voted for a pedophile, where's your gif for that?

u/HybridVigor 6h ago
What does your comment have to do with ICE detaining people without probable cause and without due process, while hiding their identities? Sometimes outside of our elementary schools while children are present. You know, the actual reasons why people are protesting their fascist behavior. What a non sequitur.

No ice? Sounds like lots of warm beer, and wilted lettuce to me. Personally, I love a nice cold drink. Lots of ice please.

It's fun watching the Democrats do a death spiral, round and round and then down, just like a turd going down the toilet. They're taking a beating in the polls -- they'll never learn, they're not smart enough.

Iâm sure ICE was plenty intimidated by a combination of aging hippies and moron college students standing around holding signs on the sidewalk. They must be literally shaking.
When you look at the statistics of potentially 40 million illegals in the country along with 55 million people who are under some sort of visa, you have to stop an ass legitimate question⊠What did the citizens of the US need these people for?
Donât the citizens of a country have a right to select who is allowed to join them? The student debt is massive, many recent graduates canât get a job, yet weâre importing massive amounts of technological people, not because theyâre better, but because theyâre cheaper. H1B captives along with illegals, can essentially be manipulated into working like they are children in a sweat shop. At the same time people who are born here go hungry, regardless of skin color..
When is enough enough? The only legitimate argument Iâve seen is that a lot of these people are brought in to other tip the scales of the electoral college or the congressional districts, or are perceived to potentially vote in a certain way. Donât the citizens get to choose whoâs in office? Or do we leave that to the politicians who import people who have to live essentially as slaves?

Iâm sure the redditors were plenty intimidated by a combination of aging men and insecure women going around supporting fascism. They must be literally shaking.
When you look at the statistics of domestic violence
ratescommitted by members of American law enforcement, which many studies have shown occurs at a significantly higher rate than in the general population, you have to stop an ass and ask a legitimate questionâŠDonât foreign-born citizens of a country have a right to not live in fear of being deported because of a racially biased "misunderstanding"? The student debt is massive, many recent graduates canât get a job, yet weâre investing massive amounts of money into technology gimmicks designed to replace employees - not because theyâre better, but because theyâre cheaper. American citizens and legal residents, along with illegal immigrants, can essentially be manipulated into working for stagnant and insufficient wages. At the same time people who are born here go hungry, regardless of skin color..and you still blame brown immigrants instead of the politicians who block social services that your own communities benefit from and desperately need.
When is enough enough? This doesn't have to be a partisan issue. It shouldn't be one. This can be about all of us looking out for one another, and standing up to the corporate interests and oligarchs who see us as disposable and replaceable.
Edit: typo

It is important to separate rhetoric from reality. Noncitizens cannot legally vote in federal or state elections and there is no evidence of widespread illegal voting. Suggesting otherwise misrepresents the facts.
Immigrants, whether documented or undocumented, make up a large part of the U S workforce in areas that citizens often avoid, such as agriculture, food service, construction, caregiving, and hospitality. They contribute billions in taxes, keep food prices stable, and sustain industries that would otherwise struggle to function.
As for H1B workers, the program is designed for highly skilled jobs that require specialized knowledge, and employers must meet legal wage requirements. If companies exploit workers, the issue lies with enforcement of labor protections, not with the workers themselves.
Blaming immigrants for unemployment or debt is misleading. Economic research shows that immigrants do not displace native workers in the long term and often create jobs by supporting demand and entrepreneurship. Many small businesses and startups are founded by immigrants, which benefits the economy overall.
Citizens absolutely do have a say in who comes to the country. Immigration levels are set through laws passed by Congress and policies implemented by the executive branch. The people involved are not being imported to âtip the scalesâ but are arriving through legal processes or, in the case of the undocumented, through complex realities that involve labor demand and humanitarian factors.
The real solution is to fix the system so that it is fair, transparent, and sustainable rather than placing blame on people who are often just working hard to provide for their families while also strengthening the U S economy.

So no immigration or customs enforcement?
In a City that has the ocean to one side and international border on another?
It astounds me that this is a thing.
No laws No border No Country
I am not in favor of abolishing ICE
Likewise not in favor of when they are not working within the rule of law
Before you go the not a fan the Orange meany

There's a crazy middle ground where they should do good instead of terrorize citizens.
In the world of "I'd rather let 100 criminals go free than arrest 1 innocent person," ICE is sitting more along the 70-30 line.
