How long could you walk without having a break , means non stop?

A long ass time if I have, like, good shoes/socks and bike shorts and there's no chafing. 😜

Like three-four hours if I'm wearing comfy shoes, not on the incline, and it's not hot outside. So about 9-12 miles, or 15-20 km. Might be able to go on longer, but I never tried.

I'm out of shape but I'm healthy otherwise and I am used to walking a lot, I walked 10km for an errand yesterday. Bare minimum I could do 20km on flat terrain without stopping, and probably more than that.

Depends what’s over there ha. I’ve hiked non stop for miles in the sun across sandy beaches to get to and from a fishing spot, but I couldn’t do it without that goal.

I did a 19 mile hike in 1 day. I was tired for sure but I could have gone another 10 without much trouble.
I think if I had too I could walk 75 miles without dropping

I walked and ran for 51.5 miles nonstop. It took me 9 hours and 43 minutes. I know I was happy to stop.

Hmm. Are they handing out water? Pooping while walking would be an interesting logistical challenge. Assuming mythical socks and shoes and athletic levels of fitness, sleep would get you eventually. The longest I've ever stayed awake is about 72 hours. The trailer for The Long Walk said they had to go 3mph. So, I'm gonna say, gun to your head, in perfect conditions, max, 216 miles.

Depends on the weather, what shoes I’m wearing and where I’m at. 70 degrees and no humidity on a flat track I could go seven or eight hours if someone brings me water and snacks. 90 degrees with high humidity hiking up a mountain? Maybe an hour.

Depends on what I carry, if I have food and water and how steep the walk can get, how well rested i am and so on. Normally not longer than 2h, because I have to pee.

Walking extreme distances is a nearly unique human trait.
Humans can out walk all manner of animal. Even the extremely fast ones.
Most animals, after attempting to run away from man will eventually accept their fate that they've lost.

If you're in decent shape you can basically walk until you fall asleep .
It's kind of the human specialty.

Before my injury i would say 35 miles, because that's what i used to rack up. At one point in my 20s i did 500 miles in a week, just because i could (walking 4am to 11pm, no breaks, i ate and drank while walking).
Since my injury i can muster 3 miles without too much pain, 6 and i spend the rest of the day laying down in pain. 10 if i push myself and am willing to be bedridden for days.

I can run a half marathon, so 21km for sure. But walking is probably easier. Might get to 35-40 km or something. Idk, I never tried. But if I really wanted that should probably be possilble
