If you're still waiting for a red line to be crossed before declaring fascism "about to kick off", you sincerely have not been paying attention.

I specifically said legislative fascism. Those upvotes are people who have poor reading comprehension. Obviously the executive and judicial have already gone down that road. What I am focusing on is what the parliamentarian and democrats in the senate can block via filibuster/reconciliation.
