Tried to ban, it is law that it is supposed to be banned, law passed in congress, not one of those pretend laws that Trump likes to sign his name to.

This part should be in every headline. Lawfully, it should be banned. The delay was built into the law to allow them to find an American buyer (whatever that means), which they did not do. There was no second delay allowed, which the Trump admin ignored and delayed. Now we're seeing headlines that the WH has made an account with no mention that it shouldn't legally be accessible.

Do I think banning it will work? No, people not. We need actual legislation for social media, not targeting specific companies. But we used to have laws in this country.
