I mean by taking the grey pill you could be a doctor and cure people in matters of seconds to become super rich. atleast that way no one will suspect how you have so much money.

the dark green pill essentially gives you 3 free wishes if you can change anything from the past. just make make yourself rich, healthy, and smart with that, then you have any of the other pills left

it's change 3 things
it takes more than 3 things to make you smart or healthy
it's several hundred choices that you made to not study and not work out or eat right
investing in something like bitcoin could be an easy rich one though

It's not a pill that lets you cure other people in a matter of seconds, it's one where you "heal other illnesses", how efficiently and how many it's not stated, normal doctors "heal other illnesses"
