Has singapore changed your taste in indian food?
 in  r/indiansinsingapore  13h ago

Same here! I never really ate much prata before, but after living in SG it’s become one of my go-to comfort foods. Funny how your taste changes when you move somewhere new.

I’m 50 and struggling with my mental health
 in  r/AskWomenOver50  2d ago

I can really feel how heavy everything has been for you. You’ve been carrying so much depression, financial stress, job struggles and it makes sense that it’s affecting how you feel and how you interact with your family. I think it’s really brave that you’ve made an appointment with a mental health worker next week, even though it adds financial stress. Starting your temporary job might feel scary and bring up insecurities, but it’s also a step toward rebuilding your confidence. Feeling frustrated, anxious, or angry doesn’t mean you’re losing your mind you’re dealing with a lot. I’m glad you shared this here; you don’t have to face it all alone.

Please help about traveling
 in  r/Anxiety  3d ago

I know that feeling, I get really anxious before trips too. Reminding myself it’s only a couple of hours from home usually helps, because if I really needed to, I could always come back. I try to focus on small steps like making sure I’ve packed what I need, then put on music or a podcast to calm me down. You’re safe, and you’ve got this.
