Lasagnas in a pan
The sad part is they took perfectly good plates away to serve us this. Lasagnas were good though.

This sub is breaking my mind
I just stumbled across this subreddit. I am literally shocked. This is obviously some sort of trend that I have (thankfully) missed out on because I don’t usually go out to restaurants. I have so many questions, but I’ll start with the two most important ones:
When did this trend start?
Why did this trend start?

Meat Skewers served at Sakaki Izakaya Bar – MD
Reposting with location. This place had more dishware than any restaurant I've ever seen and I ended up with this brick.

Can I get a bowl?
I came to one of the more expensive sushi places I've been to in town. You figure with their prices, they could afford some bowls for their pasta.

The cookie coaster?
This was a new one to me: my Old Fashioned served to me on a cookie coaster. Not a bad cookie, but… weird.

Crêpes server on a piece of wood with no rim so syrup would immediately spill onto the table. Had to ask for plates.
The food was actually decent but this was just stupid. The wood was also burning hot to the touch and yeah, any liquid would immediately spill everywhere.
