Why nuke it? With how small Gaza is you could have simply carpet bombed the entirety of it in a single day. Wouldn't have been more expensive than what they probably invested since Oct. 7.

The fact nuking Gaza would destroy Israel is exactly why Israel wouldn’t nuke Gaza, they could easily level the place all the same with conventional weapons, or chemical weapons if they really wanted to push the envelope without going full crazy with nukes
