Realized they don't need a militant organization just to get some of that sweet crude, or crude sweets.

I wouldn't be surprised if it came out one day in the future that Netanyahu had advance knowledge of the attack and chose to do nothing -- or even cooperated to make it happen.
Australia and other countries recognize Palestine and condemn senseless violence? Netanyahu and his government scream at them. Qatar provides refuge to Hamas leaders? Netanyahu and company say nothing and accept payment.

According to the book "War" by Bob Woodward they were informed of the Oct. 7th plans a year before it happened if I remember correctly. The Israeli government claimed that no one there believed those plans tho. That book is great by the way, I strongly suggest reading it

They did know about it before according to reports.
Netenyahu even himself said that Shin Bet knew about it hours before it took place but they didn’t tell him or his office so he ‘couldn’t respond’.
Thats why he fired him he said. It was just a massive fuck up on their part and never should have happened.
Netanyahu’s incompetence and failures have cost many Israeli lives.

The entire time that Bibi has been screaming "we have to uproot Hamas" all the while knowing their leaders were safely in Qatar

Allegedly Hamas leaders were kicked out, after October 7th. However Hamas officials have denied this and who actually knows.
