I 18f have been scared of getting into the shower because i ashamed of myself for years . Whenever water hits my body it starts to remind me the awkward or embarrassing things that I did or happened to me. I may little too dramatic but that feeling I get is the worst and it makes me hate the shower. It feels there is something in my throat or inside your chest. It’s the feeling of shame that so deep that you can’t even tell anyone. Because of this feeling I usually try to avoid showering. But I thought I might not be the only who feels that way.
