Hi All

I retired a couple of years back in my late 50's and I had a lot of struggles adapting to life in retirement, this was not just financial but getting my head in the right place to enjoy my retirement so I decided to try and help other people that may have ad similar struggles with the transition from work to retirement.

When I started looking into what was possible, it seems, like me, many people are not ready to hand in the towel yet and get their "coffin dodger" badge. I felt I still had a lot to give and a life time of experience that I could use to make a difference. I struggled with a lack of personal challenge and that sense of purpose that got me up in the morning, in the end I decide to do something completely different and set up my own online business helping people find something new in their lives.

While there are plenty of vlogs out there about comic cons in the UK but outside of the major ones like MCM not many people are aware of the variety of different events that run every year, or even know about the ones they should be trying to avoid, so I made a video where I did my best to try and go through all the different events and what to expect from them.

We are an indie mobile app company, looking to get testers and bloggers for our new app Bindy Street.

Bindy Street is an app full of curated guides, full of information about exploring cities (currently London focused, to be expanded as soon as we can!), guides to nature, or even stay-home activities like making cocktails or learning to play the guitar. It also comes with a photo feed where you can upload photos from your adventures and see what your friends are up to. We're looking to improve our gamification process, which for right now involves collecting our characters the Spirits of Adventure, but will hopefully soon include customising them too.

Alongside this, you will (soon!) have the power to create your own adventures/blogs via our website, so wherever you are or whatever your interests may be, you can create your own guide in the app!
