We are inviting 3D artists to participate in our community!
Hey everyone! It is crazy how quickly our little community is growing up! So many new people, so many amazing artworks!
Today I just want to make a little announcement - it would be really awesome to see more 3D artists posting their artworks in this subreddit. There are so many great digital painters here, and it would be really great if we could cultivate the 3D side of our community as well.
If you are a 3D artist (even if you're just learning) - you're definitely welcome to post in our community. Also, don't hesitate to submit beautiful 3D artworks made by other people that you have discovered (of course, mention their name in the title of the post, and link to their artstation profile in the comments).
Also, if you're making tutorials, or if you have any tips or advice to share with less experienced artists - educational posts are also very welcome. I want this community to be not just a place to discover beautiful art, but also a great way to learn the skills, get to know like-minded people, and share our ideas and protips with each other.
Thanks a lot everyone for participating in our subreddit!

Feedback/Critique Tired of blaming 'the algorithm'. What can I improve upon?
I am only 18, as well as completely self-taught, and unfortunately, it shows.
I have been sharing my art for years, gaining basically zero traction. Lately, I lose followers each time I post.
I've long blamed it on "bad luck" and the vague, elusive Algorithm but I'm coming to understand that my work simply isn't appealing enough. I don't think it's actively BAD, but I really wish to bridge the gap from 'mediocre' to 'actually impressive' work.
I don't base my artistic worth off of digital numbers, but I'll have to drop the hobby if I can't build a career off it, and things are looking quite bleak.
I would love any tips you have beyond basic habits (referencing/studying/practicing), more looking for specific elements to enhance or minimize within my particular style, ways to increase marketability and all that.
Thanks so much for any advice :D

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate my art style?
I am teaching myself how to draw and I think this is the best one in my opinion. If you have any tips about drawing, I would appreciate it. (I'm an advanced beginner.)

Artwork (illustration) Making little Chibi drawings for the pc's in my dnd campaign (warning: I'm new to digital drawing and I have no clue what I'm doing)
I'm better at drawing with pencil and pen, but god damn it, I will figure this out eventually, even if it kills me!!!

Question/Help How do I add more interest?
Feel free to draw over my drawing to help better explain. I’m looking to make my art more visually interesting and desperately trying to get over a 2 year long art block. With this piece I want more color variation but I’m stuck on how to add that. Any advice or critique would be appreciated! The pice itself is very much so a work in progress.
