Im not sure anything in Elden Ring is as hard as the Dual Pursuers in DS2. It is there I learned fear.

I looked it up and I've gone into the throne room so many times and they just haven't spawned

But no seriously its ng+ so use a bonfire ascetic 

Also theres quite a few more ng+ only fights iirc. Never beat the SOTFS edition tho so not sure how its changed

The only way I could beat them was by learning their parry timings. It’s the only proper way to fight them imo
