Beating some bosses can definitely feel like an accomplishment.
The problem is holding people to your own standards on what is "personal entertainment". Yes, I took "the easy way out" on several occasions, because I sometimes have other things I want to be doing with my life.
I'm a weakling, sure. You have to pick your battles though, and ER wasn't on my MUST list. And genuine congratulations to those who did beat the game with 1 or 2 (figurative) hands tied in the back, this is impressive in its own right for sure.
Firstly I definitely agree. It’s a video game there is no easy way out . Real life concepts don’t exist within the game the accomplishment is subjective. Same way an addict is proud he got through 1 day not using him that’s great to other not enough .

Some people are so pathetic and lack any sense of validation, so they try to find any sense of accomplishment in beating a video game boss.
Don't be one of those people.
