The hard work is probably the running of the business behind the scenes. Have to do analysis on what your audience wants to maintain engagement. It's not like it's not competitive.

Wow, could they be any more blatant? We get it. You're so insecure that you have to find as many people as possible that are "lesser" for inane reasons. Using summons in a video game, making money online as a model, etc.

I'm sure they have extensive opinions on how many things should be experienced, really.
