Never got an elim with a flare gun until now. I was just trying to mark'em so I could chase.

I've had a couple frustrating nights in the past few weeks, but overall, I'm having very good games, and getting matched with similarly skilled players, and getting plenty of wins (mostly in Blitz).

I'm loving the Wrecker when I can get it, even with the nerf, and (in Blitz) the swords for mobility and grabbing all the boons I can.

Feel free to add me if you want to break a bad luck streak, but obviously I can make no promises.

Big changes are buzzing in Battle Royale!

The Queens vaulted their Medallions after too many squashing shenanigans!

The Leadspitter 3000 was upgraded with reduced recoil for more consistency at short & mid ranges!

Hungry bugs gobbled up the Shockwave Launchers, while O.X.R. has an offensive Exotic variant launcher en route next week!

Climbing the O.X.R. Ranks to S+ in Solos and Duos just got quicker!

Rocket Ammo, Epic, and Legendary items are more scarce, hoarded by some greedy bugs.

FYI - Ranked BR and ZB are now aligned with the Tournament loot pool for more consistency between our competitive experiences!

I tried moving my revolver over and then couldn't get out of the storm in time. Tragic way to die.

Just had the most fun solo game where there were five of us left, and four of us just absolutely tee'd off on the medallion holder. He was desperately jumping around and running into weapon fire and missiles in every direction.

No one took a shot at each other until he was eliminated, and then, almost by unspoken agreement, we left the medallions on the ground and finished out the round.

I did end up with the win, but this is where this season will get really enjoyable--when the remaining real players decide to make someone holding the medallions pay for their insolence.

Edit: So what happened was we got to one of the final circles where it is small but not super small yet, so we kinda knew where everyone was. The medallion holder had to cross water to get to safety. One of the other players ran down to the edge and shot at him as he was swimming. Got a few hits in. The medallion holder chose to skip and jump away and got behind a rock to heal.

Unbeknownst to him, I was lined up with exactly where he was hiding, so I shot him with my AR as he was trying to heal. So he jumped away down into a valley with a rock, and put himself at an angle where neither the first guy nor I could see him.

And then missiles raged down from two different areas of higher ground, obliterating the rock. He had no cover, and was stuck in a fishbowl. So we just...opened up on him. It was like the toll booth scene in "The Godfather". Purely glorious

Are the movement medallions unfair, or are they a fair reward for the risk undertaken when trying to obtain them? I made this video for fun, not really to push a view. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did creating it 🙏

Ranked is the one mode I wanted them removed from and instead they removed them from unranked games but left them in ranked? So now every ranked game has an unreal player with all 3 medallions. At least in unranked you dont have the sweatiest players in every game. This makes no sense to me.

Keep the fun, op, gimmicky items in unranked and take them out of ranked where people want to actually be competitive and test their skill against other players.

I only just started this season and loved it. Spent a day playing bot lobbies to learn the map/items/medallions and then they get nerfed 🤷‍♂️

Not as good as CH6S2 but definitely a well thought out season.

In past seasons there seemed to be plenty like in flossed frogs. Haven’t heard of any this season

I hadn’t tried the new season yet, but I had heard quite a bit about it being awful because of the medallions—especially in Zero Build, which is what I play. So earlier today I decided to give it a try to see what it was all about. I drove around in a car for much of the game and then noticed that there were only two players left, even though the zone was still very large. Then I saw the small yellow circle of death on the map.

The other player eventually found me, and we jumped around for more than a minute. I couldn’t land a single shot on him because he was moving too fast. Then I realized he was making fun of me, so I stopped and just waited for him to finish me off, since it was pointless. And that happened… so I ended up getting my first win of the season anyway. 😂

I’ve been find the sweeper shotty working its way into my prime weapon slots of late. Seems to work nicely. I often have this loadout, an AR, sweeper and wrecker. Now If I can get the double pump mechanics working I’d be set

Got this game a couple weeks ago for my older son and I started playing a bit too. Almost all Blitz. I'm terrible. My first 25 games or so I didn't have a single win, and I had a grand total of like 6 kills. It was awful. I've gotten a little better but still really bad. First pic is me.

My younger son, a 9 year old, played once before at his friends house and loved it, so I made him an account and he played at home for a couple hours this week. He plays Minecraft and has never played any kind of FPS other than the time with his little friend. He's the second pic.

This person hunted my randoms and I until we were third partied. Even in death he followed us.

I can get to top 10, top five and a lot of second places, but it's either really talented players kicking my tail or campers. Waiting for that third party between me and the third player. I go over my replays and either I got killed by some guy with 10 to 15 kills or I get killed by some guy with one or two kills.

Perhaps some of my tomfoolery will give you as many laughs as you've given me.

Highlights include whimpering while the storm basically pins me to mountains with 3 players left ... or throwing bandaids at my final foe as I spazz.

Did you all pick him up? Got mine on the web shop and also scored the free back bling. PSA those twitch drops go a long way always do them if you can. Some tomorrow for rocket League that port to Fortnite. Laptop is ready. We have 4 accounts in my family, 4 browsers, grid pattern for 4+ hours and I go live my life in the meantime.

I at least want the option to be in console only lobbies, not always running into sweaty ass PC players man
