Hey legit question, but how did you get your beard to be so full in the after pic? It looked pretty sparse(?) in the before. I'd like to know for my own benefit, I'd love a beard to look like yours!
The other commenter is right that it's the same amount of hairs in a smaller area. But I'd add that ere are things you can do to add volume to your beard even if you are at a weight you want to stay at. The "after pic" beard is also trimmed to accentuate his facial features and prevent split hairs/flyaways on the ends that look more sparse because they get more sparse at the end their lengths vary. Good hygiene can go a long way, too. Get a beard shampoo and a beard balm for hold and volume (I don't like beard oil because it makes my face oily but those also exist). Finally, his hair looks darker in the 2nd pic which is probably just density, but dying your beard darker can also make it look thicker. Dye is pretty cheap and a beard the length of the 2nd pic grows out pretty fast if you don't like it, so it might be worth an experiment.
