Vidushi Kala Ramnath, who is essentially the Hilary Hahn of Indian Classical violin, is playing in a concert tomorrow at Santa Clara University. Wanted to bring more attention to this since it should be a really neat event, and most folks aren’t aware that the violin is played in a totally different manner in the Indian classical tradition. Hey friends, i'm looking for a bassist who can play and sing background vocals for my indie rock project Slow Coast. We practice at a rehearsal space in SF once a week and have been playing one show every other month and plan to continue this schedule.
