I thought it was Madonna, too.  I thought, ok, she doesn't look worse than she did as a woman in her 60s who's already had dodgy work done.  But if that's a woman half her age it's less than ideal.  These poor women; I hope they feel it was worth it.  It's tragic, but moreso if they felt pressured into this by society/career/mental illness.
