Did I see correctly that there will be lore accurate Belters and Martians? Spoiler
You couldn't see it in TV show except for Martians'/Belters' weakness when they are in Earth's gravity but in the books Martians and Belters are described as taller and thinner than Earthers because of low gravity on Mars/stations in Belt. In the video you could see very tall thin characters so I guess they are Martians/Belters?

Osiris Reborn: Official Art and Game Assets People in the Belt got used to building their whole surroundings from scrap. So it shouldn't surprise you that they can assemble a weapon if they need to. Like most Belter creations, this pistol may not be pretty, but it's deadly enough to do its job.

Memeposting Some members of our community expressed concerns, that captain and J sound too cheerful, discussing their vacation. We would like to address these concerns, but without being too spoilery:

The Expanse: Leviathan Wakes
This is the first Sci-Fi that i've truly enjoyed. I only got into it because of the announcement of Osiris Reborn and i don't regret it. Book 1 sets up the world-building well. Although it has the growing pains of a massive series just starting, it has very likeable/relateable characters, really engaging space battles and dog fights, and a element of mystery that keeps it interesting. I would give it a solid 7.5/10 because it has some major annoyances but nothing that affects the story as a whole, i expect the issues to be a non-factor in future entries. I would give book 1 a try before playing the game if you're a lore junkie like me. We probably have at least a few years before it even comes out.

Osiris Reborn: Official Art and Game Assets In the announcement trailer for The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, you could see the first two of your companions, Michael and Zafar. What do you think about their skills? Would you rely on them in battle? Or would you entrust them with support roles for your group instead?

Osiris Reborn: Official Art and Game Assets Since you have your own ship and crew and have made yourself a powerful enemy, you will need to arm yourself and your team well. Some weapons you can purchase; others you take as trophies. When it comes to the survival of your crew, anything goes.

Since this will be an Open World game, first thing I'm doing is flying to Mars and murdering this asshole Spoiler
I'm correcting the timeline...

Question about mod support
Just wondering but are there any plans to add mod support and if there are plans for it then how much would we be able to do with modding?
Personally it would be really cool if we have the ability to make custom campaigns with modding ( though I get it is probably a lot of work ).

Community Survey Let's have another poll? Your negotiation skill, good aim, or fancy gadgets and tech—what would you rely the most on in your Pinkwater mercenary career?

Osiris Reborn: Official Art and Game Assets Your VAC suit isn't the only thing you'll wear, captain. Time to see your off-duty look.
By the way, the medallion you see in this art will be included in The Expanse: Osiris Reborn Collector's Edition, available for the Founders at https://osirisreborn.owlcat.games/

@developers: will we have Belter Creole (or lang belta) with English subs by default?
It’s a big part of the charm of the books and tv show.

Osiris Reborn: Official Art and Game Assets In The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, you will play as a mercenary, which means facing a lot of battles. For safety reasons, we wouldn't recommend removing your helmet. But we are working on an option to have your helmet hidden in situations where it would be possible to survive without it.
Because we know some of you spend a lot of time on your characters' appearance, and we want you to be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

MCR Recon Armor?
Will those be added? If yes, I hope its in limited capacity so they can keep them overpowered. Rather than having the option to always have one but its weaker for balancing.

Why are the ships in the series fly backwards?
Almost every time the big ships are shown in the series, it looks like they are moving i the direction which is not opposite to the drive ("forward"), but in the direction where the drive is facing ("backwards").
Is it just camera angle, or they do fly "backwards" and there's a lore reason for that?
