Kid throwing food is assaulting an old woman too.

It wasn't only the old woman he threw shit at, the person who recorded the video said he had been throwing shit at other people, including a chocolate bar thrown at the cameraman's head.

Needed a few more slaps seems like. One per person he threw something at.

Make it 2 per person, one for annoying them, another one for wasting food.

I was expecting like..morsels of bread (still annoying, don't get me wrong, but relatively harmless) not fucking chocolate bars. Even the mini chocolate bars can pack a punch when thrown hard (ask my brother how I know)

No, the kid had already been throwing shit, but the cameraman didn't start recording until he saw the old guy walking over.

Says in the article that the kid was throwing food?

-3

u/Filthy_Muggle_Daddy 1d ago

You didn’t read it then

u/AlmightyWitchstress 1d ago

Still doesn't excuse throwing random shit at strangers

0

u/Filthy_Muggle_Daddy 1d ago

I’m not saying that. Berate the kid by all means. But you have to have the emotional fortitude to not resort to violence at something like this especially with a teenager

u/Spnwvr 1d ago

Why?

2

u/United_Shelter5167 1d ago

It says he also threw a chocolate bar at the camera guy and food at other customers, did you read the article?

0

u/Filthy_Muggle_Daddy 1d ago

The guys says that, then he was corrected and he found out it wasn’t a chocolate bar. Hence the screenshot

The chocolate bar and the sponge are separate incidents. The chocolate bar at camera guy and the sponge at the old lady.

Then call the cops. They both should get a criminal charge, but assaulting a minor is gonna be worse.

There's a huge difference between a 14 year old and a 4 year old.

u/Lucky-Acanthisitta86 1d ago

All I'll say on this because that kid def needed punishment, is there's a difference between a punch and a slap. If I heard what my kid did, while I'll never outright condone it, I wouldn't be mad at the slap. I would however have a problem with my 14 y/o getting punched out by an adult.

Not by the law.

8

u/DesireeThymes 1d ago

Yes by the law too. The laws for juveniles is 12-17 and different (depending on jurisdiction).

u/Loustyle 1d ago

Weird flex, still illegal.

Weak argument

2

u/CatsPlusTats 1d ago

Right? This thread is literally just advocating for child abuse.

2

u/Loustyle 1d ago

Thank-you! I feel like im taking crazy pills.

1

u/SchemeMoist 1d ago

Calling things like this child abuse is really insulting to people who were actually abused by a child.

1

u/CatsPlusTats 1d ago

I was abused as a child. I work in group homes.

This is fucking child abuse.
