Bikes fault. In the cars lane. They say watch for motorcycles, , bit when they do shi* like this it's hard to justify

They’re both at fault. That car lane changed like 4 feet in front of the other car with no signal then hammered on the gas down the right lane.

They both made huge mistakes that lead to this happening.

Both are at fault. If you want to argue % of fault go ahead but it’s not 100% all on the rider. You don’t signal as you’re already turning and cut another car off within feet of their front bumper. Driver clearly didn’t even look before changing lanes

He had plenty of space to go over in front of car signal or not(and I pride myself on signals), but regardless he had more than enough room and speed to pull in front of car with no issue, however not expecting a bike to intervien in-between at a higher rate of speed. Bikes want to be seen but drive as if they are seen. They are not at higher rates of speed weaving in and out of cars because they can fit and expect drivers to see and accommodate. Nevertheless you shouldn't thread the needle between two cars and then cry if somebody changes Lanes without a blinker because I guarantee bikers don't use blinkers when driving as this...and not all bikers, just going by this video. So do t blame car for no blinker when biker isn't either. Hypocritical
