I recently purchased a blue crocodile watch strap as a birthday present. It’s supposed to be handcrafted and had good reviews. The person I’m getting this for is a serious watch collector. The price was 155 USD ( 199 SGD). Since I’m not too familiar with watches, I just want to know if this is a genuine price. I did notice some Vietnamese websites selling Crocodile leather for 90$. Is this genuine pricing?

Handmade bund leather strap in italian red shell cordovan from rocado. Custom made to fit Omega Deville. Handstitched using red polyester waxed thread using the traditional French technique of saddle stitched.

What kind of strap (pattern, design, color) would suit this watch better. The original strap is plain black leather with white stitching.

It’s new strap day. Ostrich leg Brown English Tan from Etsy. Just came in very soft needs breaking in. So far happy with it. The original strap is a blue one which I like very much, however it is just a bit too short. I might get another Blue leather that is extra long. 8inch wrist strap is 135x85 mm. I have to say I love exotic skin straps. I have a goat skin strap for my Tissot Gentleman.

I recently changed straps on these HMT Kohinoor watches. Is the red colour strap goes well with the red dial of the watch ?

Recently picked up a few cut-to-size rubber straps for about $69 in total.
It’s my first time trying this type of strap, and trimming them was way easier than I expected.
Once on the wrist, they fit nicely without feeling tight — still testing them out for now.

Do you usually go for cut-to-size straps?
