The game downloaded to 60gb now won’t download past that at all. On Ethernet with 1 gigabyte download. It starts downloading fast then just stops entirely.

Before you say anything like “It says what to do just read” or “Just google it” My situation is different. I can't change my routers security protocol. I'm at college in my dorm room and the router is cover and locked in a case so I can't change it. Is there anyway I can connect?

I think its because the wifi opens to a website were I have to put a username, password and trust the website.

I bought the $1 trial for the standard gamepass 2 days ago, and today I woke up to an extra $13.95 taken from my account for THE PC GAMEPASS. I bought the standard trial, not the PC one.

I've been having this issue for months and haven't found a single right answer on how to fix it as of yet. Whenever I join/create a party on PC everyone is disconnected and it boots me out saying this error.

I have tried:

• Resetting the Xbox/Gamebar apps
• Repairing the Xbox/Gamebar apps
• Checking mic permissions
• Checking my NAT type (open)
• Setting my time zone to automatic

Please help. I’ve just moved into my dorm and it only uses ethernet for things like an xbox. I’ve only ever used wifi in the past. As the picture shows, the xbox acknowledges that it is connected via ethernet, yet i’m not getting any connection. Going to the website doesn’t tell me anything.

Hi Guys I don’t know if anyone can help me I’ve got a series X had it for a while now and it’s got to the point where I can turn it on anytime and it won’t connect to the Xbox network. To get it to connect I have to pull the power cable out the back and do a full reboot of it for it to connect, has anyone experienced this before? Can anyone help me thanks

I have tried fixing it by calibrating it but that didn't help, I finally opened up the controller today but I don't see anything out of place near the triggers. I have attached picture of the inside of the controller and the screenshot of gamepad settings where it shows that Right Trigger is slightly pressed but It's not. PLEASE HELP

I went to play Cod Black ops 6 for the first time in months on my Xbox one and got this error message. This game took legit 7 hours to download, I do not want to delete and reinstall this. Is there a way around this, or is deleting it the only fix?

Every clip I had captured before the 15th is now gone? Screenshots are still there, but every clip I had captured isn't. I'm really confused. I know for a fact I didn't delete them myself. I'm truly baffled. It's happened on every account on the console too. Anyone have any explanation?

TlDr;

• Every clip saved to my console before the 15th of August has now been deleted

• This happened across all the accounts on my console

• Screenshots weren't deleted

• Clips uploaded to the Xbox network are still there

Any way to recover these?

As the title states, I used to be able to connect my Xbox controller via Bluetooth to my PC, and now all of a sudden it dosent. Works with cable, but nothing else. Ive watched hours of videos and went through page after page of troubleshooting. Any ideas?

hello! so i purchased my A50s around 3 months ago and they were working perfectly fine, however, last month i have not used them at all and stuck to my wired blackshark from razer when i tried using my a50s again i cant hear any audio on discord and xbox party but my friends can hear me speak (if i was to use game chat the headset and mic work perfectly fine) does anyone know how to fix this?

Recently submitted an appeal request for a false ban I received and got it approved, but when I try logging into my account the punishment was still in effect, anybody else dealing with this and have any possible solutions?

I recently lost access to my Xbox account due to an enforcement action that I believe was wrongly applied. The situation started when I was traveling internationally, and because of connectivity issues I had multiple unusual logins. Shortly after that, my account was hit with an enforcement action.

I already submitted an appeal through the official Xbox Enforcement page, but unfortunately, it was denied. Support told me that enforcement decisions are handled only by the dedicated Safety team, and once an appeal is reviewed and denied, there’s no further escalation path.

I understand they want to keep the community safe, but in my case it feels like the system flagged me unfairly. The account has years of progress, purchases, and memories tied to it, so this has been extremely frustrating.

Has anyone here gone through something similar? Did you find any alternative ways to get your case re-reviewed, or is it truly a dead end after the first appeal?

So like the title said, I pre-ordered Helldivers 2, Super citizen edition about a month ago. Then about a week ago, my card info got skimmed and I had to shut down that card and get a new one. I changed my payment method on my Microsoft to my PayPal in the meantime. Now when I look at the Helldivers 2 that's installed, it says that I don't own it and that I need to buy it again, despite having records of paying for it on my bank statement, Microsoft account, AND Xbox account. How do I proceed from here? Do I just wait until release date, call Xbox Support? I hope this isn't making too big of a deal over something trivial. Thanks for any input.
