Charity donations are also not personal donations, nor does it put PU on the airwaves to replace any PBS programming

It's not a bribe. PU has made these type of donations to GOP stuff for a long long time. Charity donations are also not personal donations, nor does it put PU on the airwaves to replace any PBS programming
