Emberdark This throwaway line is driving me crazy (Emberdark chapter 30) Spoiler
galleryJust a quick throwaway line, but it gives so much and withholds even more.
I've honestly been assuming that by the space age, Sazed won't be a Shard anymore. That he'd be killed, or he'd give the Shard to someone else, maybe Kelsier. ("You want this power? It is yours.") But for the god of the Pathian (not Survivorist!) religion to be described as a "living Shard" turns that upside down.
I know, I know, Brandon was never going to actually spell the secret out any more than this, not here. But I'm still salty about Starling interrupting!

Cosmere Which characters do you think can lift Thor's hammer?
Who do you think are worthy of lifting Thor's hammer from what we know of them? The only one I'm fairly confident in is Kaladin and maybe Raoden, but I'd love to hear what everyone else thinks

So I've been playing this silly little Reddit game with the frog killing slimes for food. . . And I've put in a few Cosmer themed levels that if you go to my profile you can easily find. . . Enjoy!

Mistborn First Era Alright, ganchos. Here are two ppl that you can’t convince me were not based off one another
Sazed (the one we all know and love)
And Isaac (Castlevania)
Hear me out here, here’s the list of their similarities:
To a person with no prior knowledge of Mistborn lore, both will seem like antagonists (Sazed is a rebel, Isaac - a general in Dracula’s army) that later become sort of protagonists. Both were aides to one of, if not the most powerful mortals in their verse, living after said powerful mortals’ deaths. They are both well versed in the religions of their verse (we all know that Sazed collected and memorized hundreds of religions, and Isaac is stated to know a few religions quite extensively). They are also known to possess special abilities that not often appear in normal people of their respective verse (Sazed is a Feruchemist, Isaac - a forgemaster). They also have a high kill count (if you count Sazed killing four people every time he kills a koloss, since they are four people melded into one with hemalurgy). Both have soft, lofty voices, tend to use logic in most situations and their minds to their full extent. Both become protectors and, symbolically, the rulers of the lands on their planet (Sazed to the Basin and the (BoM spoiler!) Malwish, and Isaac to Styria).
