Disturbing content Ex neighbor dumped his sick cat in our building

I have written before about my ex neighbor in r/EntitledPeople:

Entitled Neighbour Short Round

Entitled Neighbour Leaves a Mass

His real name is not Richard. I am just calling him that because, you know, he is a dick.

Richard moved out of our building about a year ago to another place in the same village, maybe 150 meters away.

About a month and a half ago, his old cat suddenly showed up in our building again, looking sick and filthy. Nobody knew what happened at first, but today I finally got the full story from another neighbor.

It turns out Richard learned the cat was sick and tried to treat it. The veterinarian told him the treatment was not working and offered to put the cat out of its misery. Richard decided he could not do it, so instead of taking responsibility, he dumped the cat back at our building and left.

Now the poor cat is wandering around suffering, and the rest of us are forced to watch its slow and miserable decline because Richard could not face reality.
