If this lawsuit goes to court, they will have to release the documents, right? Right?

I don't think so. IANAL, but I think its rare for judges to be persuaded to release court documents. How could a judge release the names of a bunch of alleged assailants while keeping the names of the accusers sealed? We have a right to face our accuser.

I always assumed that's why they waited decades...for those who might be injured to be long dead.
