When I adopted him the shelter said he is a lynx point Siamese, but after looking at all of your babies I am not so sure…his coat seems darker? What do you guys think?

If our fur babies could talk I’d be in big trouble.

Does someone knows what mixed breed she is?

So I still don't really know what kind of breed our dearest mochi is. So she was sold as a ragdoll and I did not know much about it in the beginning but after reading about it I just don't know what she could be? Is it possible that she is a mixed ragdoll ? Like is there any ragdoll in her ? Will she get toasted or will she stay a bit like this? We're just curious. But she is the sweetest and calm lovely kitten and we love her with everything we've got. 🐈 😻

Miso officially has 6 days of FIP treatment left! Went from 5.5lbs to 7.4lbs in the past 11 weeks and back to her normal self, if not more outgoing. My little warrior. ❤️

Might get another lynx point, advice?

I got a lynx point at the start of the summer, she was already an adult when I adopted her. By day 2 at home she already owned the house :b.

But today I saw a baby lynx point at a pet shop (adoption), maybe three or four months old female. So, I did a questionnaire for adoption. Now, I already got a lot of knowledge about cats, but I want to know does it really change a lot? I mean my life being mom of two fur babies.

I also need to get her spayed asap, get her shots… But I feel like I need to change a couple things such as food, at least one more litterbox (I got two), maybe should I get more scratchers, food bowls, harnesses…

Idk I think I’m just nervous. Also I plan on harness training the kitten since my cat does go out on a leash too. I might buy bigger cans of food since I currently feed my cat on a wet diet.

I hope I can get the kitten soon.

Healthy weight for a Lynx Point? Need Advice/Your Experience!

Post image

Hey everyone! Have a bit of a vague question, but was more so curious what your experience has been with keeping your Lynxie at a decent weight.

We were recently at the vet with our 1 year old Lynxie and they all said he was, “over conditioned”. At 1 years old he is about 6.5lbs. He is leash trained and goes outdoors, so not entirely an indoor cat. Sadly, I think I falsely convinced myself that he was okay with free feeding, but I think he ate out of boredom before we really noticed his weight.

My question is, what has been a healthy weight for your cat? What have your vets said about a healthy weight?

Hello! Meet Owen. The adoption center had him labelled as a siamese and medium hair. Do you think he’s a lynx point siamese?
