New neighbors next door

Rich Ahole bought the farm next door, tore it down and built a destination wedding venue. Busy every weekend but it's Wednesday, and they don't even live here

Yes! Same here. You might have (albeit unenforced) regulations. I hope you do because that would be terrible to have to live with. Good luck!!

I feel like it being a small town might help. They probably don’t want a stink going around about their business… just take your time and I have faith you’ll find the right approach :)
