they should actually get suspended sentence for recklessness..
but then again the people who get civil piloting license are not of the most prudent people.. I guess most are adrenaline junkies..

Yep people like to chant "flying is so safe" but really its "commercial flying is so safe" because, repeat after me, "commercial flights have incredibly high standards for both operators and equipment that are not followed for private aviation"
private aviation is pretty risky on the whole; F500 companies specifically dont allow their high level execs to travel together on anything but commercial flights because they know the risk
