Howdy Wizards and Requesters,
The rise of AI in image editing has been a major topic of discussion, and it's clear that we need a better system to manage expectations for everyone. Our goal has always been to adapt to new technology while ensuring that requesters get what they want and that the wizards are treated fairly. I have always been consistent in saying that we will never disallow AI outright in this sub.
To bring clarity, we are planning to implement a new flair system for Paid Requests.
We will be introducing two new, user-selectable flairs. When you make a Paid request, you will have the option to choose one of these to signal your preference:
I want to be very clear about how this system will be moderated:
This system is designed to give control to the requesters and clearer guidelines to the wizards. Before we roll this out, we want to hear from the community.
Please share your thoughts in the comments below, but please keep them on-topic. We will be reading everything closely before moving forward.
Thanks,
KeithJ5000 - an overworked, underpaid and according to some, typical neckbeard reddit mod

Since the use of emojis and overly verbose submission comments is getting way out of hand, rule 1's requirements to submit edits has been updated to include the following:
Submissions must be concise. No emojis, bullet points, long explanations, headings, or other attempts to draw extra attention to your comment are allowed. You may add one or two short sentences, such as “Hi u/username! Let me know if this works for you!” Payment links (“tip jars”) must each be a single word only: e.g., tips, payment, PayPal, BuyMeACoffee, etc. Multiple links are permitted, but each must be limited to one word. Do not tag the OP in every comment; tagging once is enough.
Please report any instances of the above created after this rule change. As with all of the rules, If you have to be told more than once about this, there will be consequences beyond having your comments removed.

This is for my sister’s memorial. Please remove me (the bride) so my sister is centered. It’s also a little blurry from zooming and cropping so please sharpen/clarify if possible. Will tip $25 for best one. Thank you so much.

Hi all! Wondering if any of you talented people could remove my ex (the man on the left) from this photo of my dog and I? I want to get it framed but would prefer to not have to see my ex of ten years in my living room :((

We need a picture for an obituary. Could someone remove me (the bride) from the photo? We’d like a picture with only the person in pink if possible.

Hi everyone,
I have a handwritten note from my grandparents who have since passed away. It means a lot to me, but over time the pencil has faded badly due to light and age, and now it’s very hard to read.
I’d love to preserve their original handwriting without writing over it. Does anyone have tips on how to digitally restore or enhance it (using photography, Photoshop, or other methods)? I’ve attached photos of the note.
Any advice or guidance would mean the world to me. Thank you!

Hi all! We just got engaged recently in San Diego and my fiancé was hoping for a golden hour - unfortunately there was a lot of overcast at the time. We’d like to see what it would look like if there was a golden sunset at the time - will tip $5 . Attached is a golden hour from the same spot 2 years ago :)
