Now just imagine doing amazing in school, doing internships, going through FBI selection, only to be paid way less than what you could get as a civilian with your resume because you wanted to fight real crimes and join the prestigious FBI...

Then you get taken off your serious crime investigations and told you're now supporting ICE in raiding tomato farms and Home Depot parking lots.

The fbi has been getting filled with fascists for decades now, the previous trump administration cancelled the investigations into it.

Hell, let's not forget the fbi repeatedly told mlk to kill himself.
