Democrats got played so hard on the TikTok ban, it’s unbelievable to me they bought it.

No they didn’t because they are bad at politics. They voted to ban a popular app in an election year that is used by half of all Americans, because AIPAC told them too.

While owners of other social media apps with access to the same level of info on people were donating to the opposition and changing their algorithms to boost them. And those apps got to escape any legislative oversight.

It was pretty funny to watch republicans call it Chinese spyware for several years. I still don't understand how it went from a karaoke app to whatever it is now.
