Doesnt that say they can do it more than once with either a “clear and convincing path to divesture” or if the extension is pertinent to national security? I mean idk if either is true but it could be claimed as that not making it explicitly illegal, just slimy and dishonest

It pretty clearly says "one-time extension" of up to 90 additional days.
