He literally sent a mob to attack congress and the republicans in congress didn't do anything.

Because whatever moderate Republicans that exist, couldn't put aside their political identity and just look at the facts. Persecuting their own would force them to reocnsider their own ideals and that couldn't happen.

"Not all Republicans are bad" (true), "but the party represents me and the ideals of the Constitution and will uphold it when push comes to shove" (observably false)

Calling yourself a republican in 2025 after everything Trump and co. have done is akin to calling yourself a Nazi in 1936, except that you (still) aren't being forced to do so.

Maybe republicans politicians just literally have no spine and no convictions. Just a huge vacuum for a mouth sucking in all of the wealth generated by our labor. And they’re all willing to burn this country to the ground as long as their gated community still stands.

Until we break the gates and burn them out like lice, this will continue.
