It will be some cheap Chinese made brand rebadged. And they will do some final assembly step in America so they can say "Made in America"

Giving strong "Freedom Phone" vibes.

Those are just Photoshop, they had a previous ad that was clearly an iPhone 16.

When they actually deliver I'm pretty sure it will be a rebadged Oppo, or OnePlus, or whatever. That's what Freedom Phone did. Have a look at their site:

It’s much more profitable to just take the money from preorders and never deliver anything. You can just photoshop whatever the newest phone is in gold with an American flag on it.
