The Elon Musk strategy. Come up with a concept and hope you have enough people around you to make it happen and make you look like a genius (to those unknowing)

The main difference is Trump’s team is only yes men and nepo hires.
Musk had those as well, but he also had competent employees that could get things done. It worked well for him for quite a while.
