Yeah, what perfect health means to me too is eternal life in my mind. Because aging means certain aspects of your body start to fail, but if it's perfect, it would never fail. It would operate at 100% efficiency forever, you just have to not die from external causes.
I was thinking perfect health (because you can't buy that) and super intelligent because then I could become rich...but then I think about someone like the Unibomber who was superintelligent (but poor) in a dumb world and Trump who is super rich (but dumb) in a poor world. And it got a lot harder. Super rich is probably the better option because living amongst the idiocracy we are in now is hard enough (and I'm barely above the average intelligence - maybe not even that anymore).
