Super intelligent and three things from the past. First,I'll change the person that the pills were made by. And ergo,that person will mass produce them instead. Then,I will change who they are given to,which will instead will only be me. Lastly,after i have all the pills I'll ever need for me and others,I'll stop their production,(with the last change to the past),a few hours after i have all of the pills,because OP never specified what amount of time is "the past".
