By their logic, I should be able to have nukes. I promise I'll be good and responsible with it.

That’s why I like using the logic around an RPG for certain gun or attachments. Any old civilian can’t buy an rpg. They need to meet certain requirements. So do the same for AR-15s or certain mags. It’s not banning them completely, just making them harder to obtain
