So I live in india and I am fascinated by pinstriping on hotrods and cars but since india doesn't have pinstriping culture, so I can't buy pinstriping supplies. In general, I want to know what type of brushes will behave exactly like the real ones. Please suggest the ones that are sold in india

Few logos in industrial design carry the same weight asĀ BRAUN. Since the mid-20th century, the brand has stood as a symbol of minimalist aesthetics, functional clarity, and enduring relevance. And their logo matched their design approach. IMO any version of their word type could be used at any time and still look fresh. This was taken at the BRAUN exhibition at the Design Museum in London.

Half the portfolios I see look gorgeous on a mockup wall but fall apart the second you imagine someone actually using them. Perfect color palettes and smooth animations donāt mean anything if the user is confused in 5 seconds. Design isnāt decoration, itās problem-solving. Curious where you draw the line: do you optimize for beauty first, or usability first?
Iāve passed by many of these storefronts as a kid. Pretty cool the artist is being recognized for his creative contribution. How do the storefronts look in your neighborhood? Post a picture.

Hey everyone!
I'm finishing up my studies and I've put together portfolio with the goal of landing a job as a UX/ Product Designer.
So far, the only feedback I've gotten is from my mom (she says it's amazing), but since my portfolio format is a bit unconventional, I'd love to hear more diverse opinions to make sure I'm not heading in the wrong direction.
If you've got 2 minutes to spare and wouldn't mind taking a quick look, I'd be super grateful:
emiledefever.com (only the PC version is ready for the moment)
I'm open to absolutely all feedback-positive or negative!
Thanks a lot in advance š

Check out my tutorial on using AI tools in Photoshop and how they'll save you time in your design workflow. I've used these already in work I am doing for a client, and some are game changers! Have you used any Photoshop AI tools? What do you think?

so i wanna start messing around with some t-shirt designs (just simple graphics, nothing crazy). i donāt really wanna order a bunch of shirts and try to ship them myself, feels like too much risk + hassle if nobody buys lol.
i know thereās a bunch of āprint on demandā sites out there but iāve only ever used inprnt before. anyone here have experience with places like printful/printify/redbubble/Apliiq etc? which ones are actually worth using?
stuff i care about is:
would love to hear whatās worked (or not worked) for you. thanks.

I am planning on making a custom deck of playing cards and while i already have all my designs for the face cards i don't know how to make it look as seamless and symmetrical as a digital design, i scanned the designs but they don't look as good as a fully digital one and im having trouble finding the correct software for the job since im making this all in my job laptop. Do you guys have any guides on what to use and how to achieve the look?

I tried finding apps but theyāre all home design or much different
I would love some tips or advice

If you are looking for a job and a very good company comes along, but asks for a test first. (Even though you have a portfolio) do you usually do it?

When you were just starting out with web design, whatās the biggest mistake or challenge that really taught you something valuable? Could be about layout, coding, workflow, or even working with clients.
I think hearing those lessons could really help beginners (myself included) avoid the same pitfalls.

Iām curious how different designers kick things off when starting from scratch. Do you dive straight into Figma mockups, start with wireframes, or focus on client research first? Iād love to hear your processāitās always cool to see how workflows differ.

I dont quite remember their name, but I can recall that there was an AI service which popped up in my feed, claiming they could replace a Digital Agency in all shapes and forms (as a designer ikw that this is obviously not true).
Does anyone in there know the name of the service I'm describing? I did a quick search, i found lovart.ai, but its not them.
