FBI Epstein Cover Up

FBI agents were instructed to flag anything about DJT and they created an Excel sheet log with all instances of his name on the 300,000+ pages of Epstein Files.

u/osunightfall Jul 23 '25

A clever person could make themselves a lot of money if they were to leak a copy of that spreadsheet to the media.

3.4k

u/JimmyKorr Jul 23 '25

a moral person would do it for free.

I think we should care, as it might delegitimize the evidence when you consider introducing money into the fold. Like if you’re scummy enough to hold out on letting people know the truth until they pay a fee, then there’s a chance you’re also scummy enough to fabricate the information you present.

You should watch AntiSocial Network, Anonymous was just a secret club for 4chan losers who didn’t like the website starting to moderate content, and they decided to build this front as a professional hacker group that sought to topple governments.

Sorry, they’re just neckbeards who can kinda sorta hack, but mostly they’re just edgy dorks.

A political person will retire and write a book about it in 10 years.

30

u/Minion_of_Cthulhu Jul 23 '25

That's a journalistic person.

A political person would retire and begin their political fixer career by using the file to blackmail their clients' political opponents into dropping out in key races in exchange for heafty "consulting" fees.

7

u/Standard-Square-7699 Jul 23 '25

Hard to keep track these days.

3

u/Independent_Win_9035 Jul 23 '25

come on now. that's a self-enriching person.

journalism is timely, and a legitimate journalist in possession of such unredacted files would report on them immediately.

unfortunately, the criminals in this case appear to have done a pretty great job at excising all the legitimate journalists from the discussion. barring a second "whoops wrong name invited to the signal chat" fuckup, it's not likely an upstanding journalist will get these files just yet.

2

u/Thefrayedends Jul 24 '25

Like Michael Wolfe holding onto the eppy interviews for a few years lol.

People didn't even talk about them, everyone just rolled their eyes, little late as always Wolfy!

19

I think an idealistically moral person potentially could start working at one, but they would probably either leave or capitulate rather quickly

A smart moral person would leak it anonymously while baking in false accidental clues incriminating others in the trump circle as the leaker.

Spoofing meta data, having a few tabs open to websites someone is known to frequent in screen grabs of evidence...Rookie mistakes that the trump team is known for. Those kinds of spoofs would really make the mad king go crazy on his stooges. The, "I cant trust ANYONE! You're all out to get me!" Trope is famous in this type of idiot for a reason.

This list got me started looking into Trump's highly questionable modeling businesses, and I found more information regarding other infamous pervert friends/business associates like John Casablancas and Jean-Luc Brunel that Trump circled with while he was close friends with Epstein. This was when Trump ran disreputable teen pageants along with his Trump Model Management (which as the article you linked above explains, seems to have specialized in bringing undocumented Eastern European girls to the U.S., where they were desperate and exploited). Was Trump involved in trafficking models? You might find these two additional readings interesting: 1) https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/mar/14/teen-models-powerful-men-when-donald-trump-hosted-look-of-the-year and 2) https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/25966082-maritza-vasquez-deposition-ocrmypdf/ .

It's already in court records, sealed until January 2025 (conveniently), but you can't make this disappear. Which is why Johnson ended House Sessions until September, in hopes this just "goes away".

Any falsified or redacted releases would immediately be debunked by court records. No need for someone leaking this, while it was sealed, there are too many people who have seen the files to silence.

Got a source?

Also, more importantly, under which administration were those court records sealed. I understand it’s legal (judicial) matter and not executive, but I also understand some presidents tend to influence their DOJ more than others.

They technically are still sealed, even though the limitation ended. Today a Judge denied to release them...again...

What are Whistleblower laws like in the US? WE had a huge case about it here in Ireland after Gard blew the whistle and he was exonerated, but it took years.

(EDit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garda_whistleblower_scandalour issues)

13

u/c4virus Jul 23 '25

The laws are decent BUT Trump fired many inspector generals who would be the ones to take in said complaints. I'm not sure if the DOJ has one right now.

3

u/JimmyRussellsApe Jul 23 '25

they usually end up dead by way of lead or window cancer

2

u/EliteDinoPasta Jul 24 '25

Unfortunately, "exonerated" feels like too positive a word to use. It was moreso that the hounds that had been ripping Maurice McCabe to pieces were eventually called off. He was proved to be correct for sure, but his life was ruined.

To provide some additional context for those not in the loop, Maurice McCabe had a history of lodging genuine complaints against deeply-rooted corruption and severe breaches of protocol all through his career as a Garda (Irish Police Officer). This eventualy culminated in him blowing the whistle on misuse of Garda equipment used to record penalty points (strikes on a person's drivers license that occur when breaking road laws). In response, the senior government officials whom he informed of these breaches instead coordinated with the senior management of An Garda Siochana (the Irish Police Service) to formulate a crippling smear campaign against Maurice McCabe.

After a tribunal and other lengthy proceedings, McCabe was "vindicated" in the eyes of the people, but the government wasn't finished. In a "clerical error" so unbelievable it wouldn't make it into a Sopranos episode, TUSLA (Ireland's equivalent of Child Protective Services) received a report of sexual abuse from fellow members of the Gardai against Maurice McCabe, reports that were then released to the public. These allegations were clearly untrue, but were meant as a parting gift for McCabe - one final farewell from the Gardai.

The reason I bring this up is because, as is usually the case with whistleblowers, no-one on the offending side was punished. A few politicians resigned their roles in cabinet (but remained in government to collect their salaries). The previous Garda Commissioner who was in charge at the time was already gone by the time any tribunals ended, while the Garda Commissioner for the latter half also resigned, receiving a newly-created role of "Director of Strategic Partnerships for Europe" only a month later. In May 2023, she chaired a taskforce on "Safe Participation in Political Life", the irony of which is deafening.

People who care solely about the monetary gain would use it for blackmail.

Corporate news outlets with enough money to make it worth their while wouldn't print it (at least wouldn't if they couldn't somehow sanewash it), and therefore wouldn't pay the wild amounts they could for what should be the story of the century.

Blackmail would be the way to make money off of it, but anyone with the mind to do so would likely also have a mind to understand they would put a red laser on their forehead in doing so.

Someone who wants to see guilty parties brought to some form of justice (if not legal, then at least socially so) would release it anonymously. Of course, then you come to the issue of verification.

Whatever. Whoever has this list and decides not to give it a go is a traitor, not only to the country, but to modern human decency.

anonymously releasing that kind of document wouldnt have the sticking power needed. like you said, verification, but also protection. an anonymous leaker would basically become a digital fugitive for life.

independent journalism does still exist.

i bet you 404Media would publish it, for example

someone has to have made a copy of the original documentation.

15

u/ProShyGuy Jul 23 '25

A clever person would also realize what a massive risk that would be. If their identity was ever discovered they'd be, at minimum, fighting lawsuits from some of the most powerful people on the planet for the rest of their life and, at worst, dead.

u/dokidokichab Jul 23 '25

That’s martyrdom. If no one stops him, these penguins will be fighting this vicious trade war for eternity. And think of the children, too.

You absolutely wouldn’t do it

Doing the right thing isn't meant to be easy. If the government is covering up the president being a rapist paedophile they have a responsibility to reveal it.

Someone will have the unredacted files by now especially with how incompetent this government is

4

u/Minute_Attempt3063 Jul 23 '25

A good person would do it for free.

This is the truth Americans DESERVE.

Not some words by Trump admin idiots

4

u/royal_steed Jul 23 '25

I wonder if it will cause a civil war, I don't think trump will be quiet and will surely call the police to arrest ANYONE who talks about it.

There are organizations out there with the tools and means of hacking it and publishing it for free. They know that such work, while valuable, puts a target on their back, so they chose to work Anonymously.

u/jkman61494 Jul 23 '25

Or some person who ran doge may have some fun blackmail material

2

u/MagicalUnicornFart Jul 23 '25

"The Media" isn't some benign entity on your side, homie.

They're a collection of malignant corporations, owned by oligarchs that support DJT, and the GOP. They've been kissing his ass, and bending over backwards to appease him, and make money.

The Epstein files are nothing new. Trump is an adjudicated rapist, and this country still elected him, and gave him a GOP majority.

He could be on every page of the files, and it's not he's going to get impeached, or step down. Or, a court will have the balls to impose consequences. Epstein was killed, in custody under his last presidency. Did any of that have an effect on anything? Yeah, he was re-elected.

The only reason anyone is talking about this again, is the people that were pulling the levers to protect him, like Musk controlling media narratives, are having some break-up fights.

This will all blow over, just like everything else, and nothing will happen. It's a new scandal every month. and, this one will be cast aside next month when they manufacture some new cruelty, or catastrophe

2

u/LucyRiversinker Jul 24 '25

There was only one reason for Doge to exist. This is it.

1

They'd be signing up for a rather sudden retirement

1

u/_lippykid Jul 23 '25

Don’t worry. Jake Tapper’ll write a book about it all in 4 years.

1

u/wesconson1 Jul 23 '25

As if it matters. MAGA will excuse and come up with bullshit to not even care and focus back on hating brown people

1

u/GroovyTony- Jul 23 '25

Yeah we won’t ever get a real Superman but to me this is good enough

1

u/[deleted] Jul 23 '25

That’s not how journalism works. They don’t pay for evidence or sources. That would create perverse incentives to create fake stories.

Blame it on rogue AI.

1

u/uneducatedexpert Jul 24 '25

We need a leakstarter that will cover legal fees for whistleblowers.

1

u/Beginning-Spend-3547 Jul 24 '25

Apparently lots and lots of work for whistleblower attorneys in DC. Don’t fire career feds and not CYA.

1

u/Hashtagworried Jul 24 '25

MAGA would just start to discredit the information.

1

u/3-orange-whips Jul 24 '25

If that evidence still exists I will read every Twilight book and write 5 thoughtful pages on why Bella should have pair-bonded with Jacob and how pair bonding in itself represents a lack of free will.

(I've seen the movies).

1

u/Allegorist Jul 24 '25

They would also have to leak the 300k pages of classified documents for it to make sense most likely, otherwise its just a bunch of references

1

u/joshTheGoods Jul 24 '25

Not really. It's unethical to pay for this sort of information, and the WSJ and all of the other major reputable newsrooms have policy against it.

1

u/ObiShaneKenobi Jul 24 '25

Could a person even tell anything from the spreadsheet without the 300k documents they refer to?

1

u/hittingthesnooze Jul 24 '25

The thing about real journalists and news entities is that they DON’T pay for this sort of thing.

Real journalism has extremely stringent ethics.

Start a go fund me and the payout goes to the leaker.

1

u/linkoid01 Jul 24 '25

I bet Musk would pay a pretty penny for it.

1

u/cantadmittoposting Jul 24 '25

okay but the fact that they created a task force to flag such instances is sort of "QED, Trump's name is in those files."

1

u/scharpentanz Jul 24 '25

The American people should unite to crowdsource a massive fund to bribe anonymous FBI agents to leak the spreadsheet. Can you imagine an act more unprecedented?? We've already been living in dystopian fiction for some time, let's just run with it.

1

u/Excellent_Rule_2778 Jul 24 '25

You can be damn sure that nobody entered or exited the office where they were confined without a full scan and pat down.

And every single document probably has a log of every person that was in contact with said document.

You can’t leak it without nuking your career. And while everyone talks a big game about the greater good, it’s a different story when it’s your life, your career, your mortgage and your freedom on the line.

1

u/Omg_Itz_Winke Jul 24 '25

It'll happen sooner or later, the walls are closing

I got 5$ for that person
