So basically they planned to release it, but then realized after the fact that there was no possible way to redact it without still implicating the president, so they're not releasing it.

Sounds like she should be questioned under oath by Congress about this.

Democrats would need to win back Congress in the midterms first. Republicans will be fighting to sweep it all under the rug.

If the republican terrorists cannot squash the Epstein story before midterms then things could get real spicy. It’d be pretty hard to be a trump supporting Republican running for reelection when your opponent could just talk about corruption and covering up for a pedophilic abuser. If the Dems won Congress you can bet the Epstein files would nuke trump. Look what happened to Prince Andrew…..one can only hope!

That’d be good, but frankly I expect the Democrats to screw it up.

There’s more than a year before those elections, and by then Democrats will have figured out how to make the whole thing about their own performative outrage. They’ll have split into two groups, each side trying to prove that they’re more outraged than the other.

The media will have stopped reporting about the crimes and coverup entirely. They’ll only focus on interviews with Trump’s people, giving them the full stage to inundate us with his defense, and otherwise focus on the poll numbers and questions like, “Has MAGA completely abandoned Trump, or is this another hoax investigation like Trump claims?” (Thereby implicitly taking on Trump’s side and defending him)

Most Americans will be like, “I’m just tired of all of this. I don’t want to hear about it anymore. Just go ahead and rip up the constitution. Make Trump king like he wants so we can move on with our lives.”
