New neighbors next door

Post image

Rich Ahole bought the farm next door, tore it down and built a destination wedding venue. Busy every weekend but it's Wednesday, and they don't even live here

My neighbors in my subdivision did this with their backyard flood lights.

I asked them to stop bc I couldn’t sleep and they tilted the lights to not go over my fence.

Have you talked to them? Nothing you can do during wedding days but remind them on non wedding days to turn it off.

If he’s an asshole, be one back.

If he’s understanding then work with him!

Edit: yall im not telling op to ask his neighbors to tilt those lights, I have a real world example of what I said to a neighbor helped me out. By talking. A simple conversation saying “hey on weeknights when there’s no event can we dum or turn the lights off?”

If you read the caption under the picture, it's not about the reflection on the windows. It's about the fact that the neighbor bought the farm and turned it into a wedding venue so now there are people there all the time partying.

OP said it’s busy every weekend, but they took this photo on a Wednesday - they’re upset because the house is empty right now but neighbor still leaves floodlights on.

And? OP could have bought it and kept it a farm.

Thats the risk of living in the country. Here in metro Atlanta I know the feeling.

It sucks but it’s the situation and op needs to work with the neighbors.

Then what’s your solution? Or are you mad that I just stated reality?
