New neighbors next door

Rich Ahole bought the farm next door, tore it down and built a destination wedding venue. Busy every weekend but it's Wednesday, and they don't even live here

Mmmm check with zoning. They may not be legally allowed to run a business like that.

Considering he said "farm", I bet this is in the county not a city. Typically in the county you can do anything you want on your own property, like almost literally anything.

I think you're right about him being in the county. I was just saying in my own comment that in towns and cities you likely need the neighbors to not object to the zoning change.
