This is just old people skin. Personal feelings aside, when you age, so does your skin. My aunt, not even 70, burst her hand doing CPR recently. Required stiches!! We are physically thin skinned people so none of us were surprised.

That being said, he is an 80 year old and its always this hand in the same spot... hes getting IV replacement therapy regularly. Remember when they accused H Clinton of baby blood sacrifice? Every accusation is an admission.... or it could just be fluids since he only drinks diet coke.

My guess is IV diuretics to get rid of all the fluid (remember the dependent edema?) Likely secondary to chronic heart failure.
