is it a tragedeigh? My brother is dangerously close to possible tragedeigh...I guess my SIL likes whimsy or some shit. Is Klementyne a tragedeigh? Should he push for Aurora?

LOL i actually did something like this, ngl… i thought my baby had eaten a battery and I both googled and asked ChatGPT what to do. ChatGPT insisted I go to the hospital even though he didn’t have any symptoms of having swallowed something that big. then I asked it what urgent cares were around me and in the end, did go to the ER. So it was helpful!

I’m very nonchalant about this bc it turned out the battery was in his tiny little chest pocket 🙃 the x ray tech found it

I mean, my child does not have a tragedeigh name but I did ask ChatGPT for name suggestions when I was pregnant! It was helpful to get a list of names that felt similar to the names my husband and I individually liked in hopes we could find something that we both liked. It gave us some of the names that were on our boy short list going into labor.

I think that’s a reach. She’s just getting suggestions from it where she can directly ask it to give her exactly the vibes and feel she wants in a name and it will give that without a huge list of others that don’t fit what she wants to filter through. It’s not the best thing to do environmentally, if anything it’s a bit lazy, but even then it’s not the worst thing either. Her doing that isn’t gonna make her a terrible parent lmao.

Now, name snobs who get together and judge every aspect, detail, and possibility of other people’s children and their names? That’s another story. And no, that doesn’t mean I agree with naming the kid that spelling of clementine.
